Right of Withdrawal
Note: This is an English convenience translation. The legal relationship is governed by German law; in case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for a contract on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have
- expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance of the contract.
